Terms of Service

Description of service

PatchCheckup provides a passive, non-intrusive vulnerability scan for WordPress/PHP sites. No exploitation, brute force, or unauthorized login is ever attempted against the scanned site. The free scan shows a summary; the Detailed Report and "We Fix It For You" service are paid add-ons.

Authorization

Before scanning a site, you must confirm that you own it or are explicitly authorized to test it. Scanning a site without authorization is a violation of these terms, and you bear full responsibility for it.

No warranty

Scan results are based on a predefined list of passively detectable CVE signatures. A "no findings" result does not mean your site is fully secure. PatchCheckup makes no warranty as to the completeness or accuracy of any scan.

Payments and refunds

The Detailed Report and We Fix It For You services are one-time payments, not subscriptions. If a report was not delivered, or the fix-it service was not started, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase at [email protected].

Limitation of liability

PatchCheckup is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. The service is provided "as is."
